Nouvelle was born from a deep love for Racha — Georgia's hidden mountain sanctuary. Perched at 1,200 meters above sea level in the town of Oni, our hotel is a bridge between the region's rich cultural heritage and the quiet luxury of contemporary hospitality.
The building itself speaks to this duality: traditional stone facades give way to light-filled interiors where Georgian textiles meet minimalist design. Every material was chosen with intention — locally sourced wood, hand-forged ironwork, and linens woven by artisans from the valley below.
We believe that travel at its best is not about escape, but about arriving somewhere that feels both new and deeply familiar. Nouvelle is that place.
